Although a day off work for many of us, the real reason for this holiday is to remember everyone who has died serving in the American armed forces. They sacrificed for our Freedom. Their families sacrificed as well and I want to take a moment to say Thank you for your service and your sacrifice.
My father did close to 30 years in the United States Air Force and I am proud to have known and loved such a fine airman.
