Virtual Assistant Weekly Tips – Week of August 24 – August 28, 2015

Week August 24 – August 28, 2015

Not sure if you need or how to use the services of a Virtual Assistant (VA)? Hopefully, my weekly tips will help you or give you new ideas on how to use the services of a professional VA.

This week’s tip – Week 12:

Are you feeling scattered? Are you working on a large project and sometimes get lost in the details? For example, do you host a podcast, webinar or have a Youtube page? If so, I am certain you spend lots of time editing your video before the broadcast. As suggested in an article by Chris Ducker, Why not teach your VA/Video Editor how to edit your videos and remove that task from your to-do list? All that is required is to teach your VA how to use the editing software and you will never need to spend time editing again. And an added bonus, commission your VA to write an SOP (standard operating procedure) for this project and you will not need to retrain a new assistant if there is ever a change.

A VA can be your best asset and right hand allowing you to remain business focused. Pass those duties over to me today.

Advice from your future VA.
