Week At A Glance 23 – 27 March 2015

Week at a Glance

This week seemed to zip by and I did not get as much accomplished as last week. I am disappointed but moving right along. If you missed any of this week’s posts, I’ve decided to recap weekly, when I can, on Fridays.  One of my goals for this year is to write at least three blogs a week, and I think the weekly recap will help to hold me accountable. I realize things will come up, writer’s block will come along, but for the most part, I want to stick to my plan. So let’s get started for this past week, March 23 – March 27, 2015

I continued my Organizing on a Budget series this week and the projects associated with that project as well a promotional article are below.  I hope you enjoy!

Organize On A Budget – Easter Tablescape and Vignette

From the Desk of Clearissa’s Command Center via Divinely Organized

Dining Room Table 2015 Spring Refresh 2 PM    Spring has finally arrived. The weather is warm, daffodils are peaking their heads up and blooming bright yellow in some of the most unexpected places. I like to call daffodils little surprises because you never know where they will pop up. It’s wonderful.

I am now in the mood for spring and to bring the feeling of the season inside, I have imitated some of the colors of spring in my dining room.  Bright yellows, bright whites with a few blue hues are all part of my spring tablescape and vignette. These colors make me happy. I have created a couple of Easter vignettes in my dining room and both cost a total of $31.00. I understand that is much more than I usually spend but I’m satisfied because I can use the items over and over again. Read more here.

Are You A Musician?

From the Desk of Clearissa Coward’s Command Center

Musical Notes      Are you a musician? If so, I know that you know how difficult it can be to find one location to shop for instruments, and accessories. Wouldn’t it be wonderful, not to mention convenient, if you could purchase everything musically related in one place? Of course it would. Read more here.

Organize On A Budget – Vanity Refresh

From the Desk of Clearissa’s Command Center via Divinely Organized

Two Tier Storage Tray 1 PM   How do you store your makeup? Is your vanity area organized? I tried last year; however, per usual, I was not happy with the outcome and it was a perfect project for my Organize on a Budget series. So come along.

The purpose of this series is to show that decorating/upcycling/refreshing can be completed without spending an enormous amount of money. Thusly my vanity project. If you follow my blog, you know I recently had some fun thrifting and although I had no idea how I was going to use all of the silver trays I purchased that day, something told me to bring them home and I did. Read more here.

I’m not sure how long this series will continue but I am enjoying sprucing up the areas of my home that needed attention but did not require a total make over. I hope you are enjoying the series as well and will come back next week for more small spring refreshes and Organizing on a Budget. I hope to be more productive next week, but until then share your spring spruce ups. I would love to hear your ideas and see your pictures. Share…please!

Have an awesome and organized weekend

Remember to share…sharing is caring
