Hello friends and happy summer. I realize I’ve been out of pocket, and I feel like I’ve lost over half my summer and I thought I would let you know why. To begin with, I spent some time in the hospital due to severe headaches and breathing issues. And even after being released from the hospital, it took time to recuperate and bounce back.
So now I am feeling a little better, I began to think of everything I’ve missed this summer. But even better I began to think of fun things to do for the remainder of my summer. And with that Summer is a great time for people of all ages to enjoy various activities.

Outdoor Activities
- Walking and Hiking: Enjoy nature and stay active with regular walks or hikes in parks or nature reserves.
