In this video, I am sharing tips and bringing you in as I deep clean and refresh a small laundry closet. It is a reminder to clean behind, under, and over some space that we may sometimes forget. Today I will share a laundry room refresh and deep cleaning.

This project required approximately 3 hours but it was well worth the time to get the chance to thoroughly clean under both appliances, and all shelving. It was also a time to do a bit of preventive maintenance as we also checked hoses and connections to ensure everything was working as it should and without any unexpected leaks or other issues.
The great thing about these tips and this project is that it will cost you nothing but time. And even if you need new storage, most can be purchased at your nearest dollar store and/or big box store. This is definitely a no-spend or little spend project.

Also, my home insurance representative suggests that we check hoses at least once a year and this is a great time to do that as well. This is a win-win project and will kill two birds with one cleaning… if you will. 🙂
