2021 Christmas Vignette Look Book
A Cozy Lifestyle with Clearissa Coward
Hot Cocoa Bar
It’s the most wonderful time of year, indeed. I love Christmas, I just wish it lasted a little longer. But I guess I just need to start decorating a bit sooner. 😉 At any rate, I want to share what I’ve done this year to refresh and decorate our home for the Christmas holiday.

My friends, I need to remind you guys that we live in a cozy space but we have made it our own and we like to think we have made it happy, welcoming, cozy, and comfortable. As I always say, you can live large in small spaces. Let me know what you think in the comments.
Entryway
I decked out our entry in red and white, but you will see a theme throughout the home with the red and white. The colors have made the house feel so festive and Christmassy. Is Christmassy a word? 🙂 Well, it’s our word for today.
I draped the stair railing with a Walmart garland that I beefed it up with white poinsettias and red ribbon. And of course, I added lights. and the big multi-ribbon bow on the end. It’s really festive. The little bench was the perfect place for the Merry Christmas pillow. Little secret, I wanted a bench in my entry but my entry is cozy, so I had to find a bench to scale. I found it at a local yard sale.
That little corner is perfect and not overcrowded with this little tree and Santa. The wreath was just green and I added the embellishments. I love a good upcycle, don’t you?
This little table sits at the top of the stairs and is viewed when you walk into the entry. I consider this as part of the entry because you can see it when you are in the entry. I love the little snow girl behind the two-tiered tray. And of course, I have a couple of angels, actually, three tucked inside the tiered tray and one standing on the table. And for a bit of whimsy, I added the cute snowman. I collect angels. What do you collect?
Finally, for the entry is this little hall table. The black vases are DIYs. They were just glass vases that I had stuck in a closet and I used a painting technique to make them textured. I was lucky to have two that match. The garland is another Walmart purchase and I added the ornaments and ribbon to make it more appealing. And of course a small table-top Christmas tree. If you would like a complete view of the entry, check out my video on my YouTube channel, coming Monday at 2:00pm when I share my Christmas 2021 home tour. Don’t miss it.
As I told you, you will see a red and white theme throughout. This little corner just makes me smile when I enter my kitchen every morning. The little tree, the diffuser, and of course the canister set all say cozy Christmas to me. I love this corner in my kitchen.
I set a Christmas for two as well. It will be tweaked just a bit before the house ou. Be sure to check my YouTube channel on Monday, December 20, 2021, at 2:00 to see my Christmas home.
The final vignette I will share today is that space many of us forget…the top of the refrigerator. The jar in the middle is a DIY. It began life as a pickle jar. This was a fun project and to make it even better, it lights up at night. How fun.
There is so much more to see and will be seen on Monday. I hope to see you there. Have you completed your Christmas decor? And if so, are there any DIYs included in your decor? If so, please share in the comments below.
I want to take an opportunity to thank all of my loyal subscribers. I should say this more often for sure, but I certainly want to say it now. I appreciate those of you that take time out of your schedules to read my blog submissions. I want you to know that I truly and with all my heart appreciate you. I know you do not have to come back each week but I want you to know that I feel blessed that you do. Thank you from the bottom of my heart.
I realize I was a bit off this year, but my mother’s illness and then losing her took its toll. No excuses, just facts. I’m not sure I’m back to normal or if I ever will be, but I am sleeping and finding my peace again. Please just know how much I appreciate those who stuck it out with me.
From my family to yours…Merry Christmas!
Thank you guys for all of the support you show to me and my blog. I feel so blessed because of you.
Until next time…I remain in my Element – God Bless!
Don’t forget to share this post with your friends & family. I greatly appreciate it.
