Week of July 13 – July 17, 2015
Not sure if you need or how to use the services of a Virtual Assistant (VA)? Hopefully, my weekly tips will help you or give you new ideas on how to use the services of a professional VA.
This week’s tip – Week 9:
Are you a small business or startup needing to recruit talent? If so, you can hire VA/recruitment assistant to get the ball rolling? All you need to do is provide the criteria for the position and/or role you are recruiting for and your VA can peruse job boards, contact temp agencies or visit freelance sites to narrowed down the candidate pool. Once the talent pool is narrowed, he/she can schedule interview appointments with you for the final decision. Or if you are comfortable with your VA, he/she can actually handle the entire hiring process for you
A VA can be your best asset and right hand while you are involved in the hiring process and even afterwards as your liaison with your employees for HR matters. Pass those duties over to me today.
Advice from your future VA.
