From the Desk of Clearissa Coward’s Command Center – Week-at-a-Glance
Another week has passed and I although I am coming off of vacation, I do have a week or a week and a half at a glance. The half comes in because I did not produce a weekly consolidation last week. If you missed any of this week’s or last week’s posts, you can catch up with this week’s recap.
As I have promised you and myself, one of my goals for this year is to write at least three blogs each week, and I think the weekly recap will help to hold me accountable. I realize things will come up, writer’s block will come along, but, for the most part, I want to stick to my plan. So let’s get started for this past week, June 25 – June 12, 2015.

It’s finally here. School is out and your home is no longer yours alone. For the next 2 maybe 3 months (depending on where you live) all schedules are off and the kids are home with you and expecting to be entertained. It is the beginning of summer vacation and although this is a relaxed and fun time, why not continue some sort of organization for the summer? Your summer organization may look different than it does during the school year, but make it work for you and your family. You will enjoy your summer more if everyone is onboard. Do know that all skin tones and types are susceptible to the damages of UV rays. Please do not think if you have a darker skin tone that you are exempt from this. That is not the case.
If you follow my blog, you may remember my previous articles on skincare and with summer arriving I think now is a good time to remind everyone of the importance of protecting our skin from over exposure to the sun. Therefore, before hitting the beach or spending long days at the pool, we should first ensure our skin is protected. Get all of the tips and read the entire article here.

The Shelf Project
Before my vacation, I, Divinely Organized, was commissioned for two small projects. Yay! One was to refresh a powder room in a rental property and the other was to paint a shelf to match a picture frame. I will write a post about the powder room refresh later. But for today, I wanted to share the shelf project.
A friend lost a family member and wanted to create a memorial wall. She had already purchased a beautiful frame and added a large photo of her loved one to the wall and wanted a small shelf to match the frame. Her request was for the shelf to look like it and the frame were a set. Read more.
I hope you are enjoying the series and will come back next week for more Lifestyle articles including small home refreshes, soulful life experiences, useful virtual assistant tips, Health & Beauty tidbits, Avon product updates and Organizing on a Budget articles.
I would love it if you would share your spring spruce-ups, life experiences, virtual assistant question, Avon experience or any questions you may have. It would also be fun to hear/read your ideas and see your pictures. Share.
Remember to share…
See ya next week.
