I love the fall season. Have I said that enough? 🙂 Probably so. However, fall is a great time. Actually my favorite season of the year.

Like January, fall gets me in the cleaning and organizing mood. Sometimes by the new year, I have already gone through closets and organized other areas of my home. Fall just does that for me. I am beginning today with a place that a lot of folks do not think about.

As the temperatures begin to fall, at our home we crave comfort foods. Pot roasts, stews, homemade soups, etc. With that in mind, I decided to clean out and organize my freezer for fall. This included removing everything, including all of the fresh veggies (mostly corn) that I froze this summer for these colder days, and taking it down to the overflow freezer because unlike summer, we have a lot more meat in the freezer.
