Where to Shop for Seasonal Home Decor – On A Budget

I hope you all are having a good week. I am and I had a good weekend too. This past Saturday, I had a chance to visit one of my favorite stores and I wanted to share some of the fall items they have on display with you all. The vignettes  are so beautiful as you’ll see from the photos below. Why Should You Shop at Kirkland’s for your seasonal home decor?  Because they have everything you will ever need and much more.

I am kinda bummed because they recently closed the one nearest my house so I have to go a bit further to enjoy the shop but it’s well worth the drive.

I love Kirklands and now that I do not have one as close as before, I at least try to get in there at the beginning of each season to see all of the beautiful and reasonably priced decorating items. Boasting everything from lamps to pillows, mirrors, journals, and artwork, they have a fully stocked store of everything you will need to make your home cute and cozy for any season or holiday.

It was a 98-degree day when I walked into the store but once inside, I felt like I needed a fall sweater and a cup of hot chocolate.  If you are not already in the mood for a seasonal change, you will be once you see these photos. Or better yet go into the store for yourself.

This is NOT a sponsored post. I love the store, enjoyed my time there this weekend and wanted to share it with you. 🙂

Before I get to the seasonal stuff, I wanted to show you this cabinet. It’s so rustic and so very cuuuute! I love all the colors and the shutter-like doors.  I wish I had a place in my house for it. I don’t, but if I did…SeasonalWhen  I first walked in, there were shelves upon shelves filled with fall and Halloween stuff. I am not really big on Halloween but they have some of the cutest jack-o-lanterns ever.  And that Boo Y’all pillow is everything.

Now here is where I got off task and finally decided I did need a basket after all. 🙂 You see, my intent was just to window shop. Yeah Right! Me in Kirkland’s? Window shopping? Not! So I will admit, I did hear a couple of the pumpkins calling my name. But in my defense, they light up! Who could pass up a pumpkin that lights up? I did not go overboard,  I only bought two.

Side Note, although not seasonal, I just love all of the organizing jars, bottles, bins and such.  Take a look at the glass decanters. Very nice and I love the labels. Don’t you? How about those copper pictures and mugs? There is just so much to see here. No matter your style, I am certain there is something inside Kirkland’s that will whisper , “take me home”.

Are you into the signage? They have all sorts of signs throughout the store. I was drawn to this one for the upcoming fall season.

The cow prints are very popular in my blogging circles. And if it’s on trend, you can expect to find it at Kirklands.

There were more pumpkins and fall décor everywhere. I really liked the jars with the leaves and berries display.

Finally, I found these lamps. Although you can’t see it here, they all have that glass ball on them. Located in different places but there non-the-less.  I wanted the “Dream” lamp but with the “Believe” lamp base, However, they are not allowed to switch them up like that. So I purchased the “Dream” lamp with the glass ball on the base of the lamp. I needed another lamp for my office and I think this one will be just perfect. And besides, look at that price!

I only purchased two of the pumpkins that light up, the lamp and six sachets. The sachets were two three packs for $5.00. I bought two which means I have six sachets. 😉 Yay me! I totally stayed within budget. However, once I got to the cash register and the cashier informed me that I had a 15% discount on my entire purchase I was even happier and more within budget. Dang it! Had I known about my 15% discount, I would have purchased a few more items. Next time!

That’s my trip to Kirkland’s this past weekend. I hope you enjoyed tagging along. 🙂
