The Storm – Hurricane Florence
Hello Family,
I wanted to drop this little post here to let you all know exactly what is going on and why you may not hear from me for a few days. We are in the direct path of Hurricane Florence and she is scheduled to hit our area with full force, tomorrow afternoon. It is predicted that she will stall over our area and drop 20 – 30 inches of rain with winds that could reach 125 miles per hour. Florence is quite a storm.

We are expecting power outages and some say this could last for days. Personally, I have never experienced a hurricane before so this is all new and very stressful for me. But all we can do is hope and pray for the best. When I can, I will post a video either on my Youtube channel or my IG stories. I hope you are following me there as well so I can stay in touch if and when possible .
We are extremely concerned because it has rained here every day this week and this has been one of the wettest summers I can remember here in NC. With the ground already saturated, the additional rain and wind could make lots of trees fall and our home is surrounded. We are praying first for no loss of life for anyone in the storm’s path and then for no loss of property.
I hope that if any of you are in the path of the storm, that you and your families will be safe. And for those of you who are not affected, please keep the rest of us in your thoughts and prayers.
